The goal of this study is to assess the efficacy of the current Community Connector fare structure and determine if or where improvements can be made to lower costs and time burden of the current payment system, review alternative structure options, assess the alignment of system value for fare paid given recent upgrades, and recommend ways to improve equity in fare payment options.
