Request for Proposals – Culvert Inventory Phase III RFP (BACTS-2602)
The Bangor Area Comprehensive Transportation System (BACTS) intends to develop a Capital Improvement and Asset Management Program using data from the 2025 BACTS Regional Culvert Inventory Summary Report and Geodatabase.
