Bangor Area Comprehensive Transportation System (BACTS), the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Bangor, Maine, Urbanized Area, is requesting proposals for qualified consulting teams with experience in conducting mentorship for GIS skills and Esri ArcGIS platforms to train and mentor designated BACTS staff members.
