Community Connector Fare Structure Analysis

Phase 1 of this study assessed the efficacy of the current Community Connector fare structure and determine if or where improvements can be made to lower costs and time burden of the current payment system, review alternative structure options, assess the alignment of system value for fare paid given recent upgrades, and recommend ways to improve equity in fare payment options. 

Phase 2 of this study will expand on the first phase by conducting additional public outreach to finalize plan recommendations, outline implementation steps and timing, and create supporting materials for Community Connector staff to use during implementation.
