2022-2025 BACTS Transportation Improvement Program Proposed Amendment

BACTS proposes to amend the 2022-2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) related to the following:
At the August 23rd, 2022 BACTS Policy Committee meeting, the Committee authorized BACTS to add the following to the 2022-2025 Errata Sheet.
Transfer $139,950.00 (124,400.00 Federal/$15,550.00 State) from WIN 014272.40 to 023114.00 Bangor Route 2 Intersection and Signal Improvements.
Transfer $97,200.00 ($86,400.00 Federal/$10,800.00 State) from WIN 014272.40 to 023112 Brewer Route 9 Intersection and Signal Improvements.
All TIP amendments must be posted to the BACTS website for a 10-day public comment period starting Wednesday, August 24th, 2022.
