2022-2025 BACTS Transportation Improvement Program Proposed Amendment

BACTS proposes to amend the 2022-2025 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) related to the following:
At the April 19th, 2022 BACTS Policy Committee meeting, the Committee authorized the transfer of $100,000.00 from WIN 22445.00, the Old Town Stillwater mill and fill project, to WIN 2397100, the Old Town signal project at Main/Stillwater/Water. The remaining $224,450.00 in WIN 22445.00 will be transferred to the BACTS Holding WIN. MaineDOT and the City of Old Town have agreed to reject the previous bid for WIN 22445.00, MaineDOT will include this section of Stillwater in an upcoming light capital paving project and the City will do the sidewalk repairs with municipal funding.
All TIP amendments must be posted to the BACTS website for a 10-day public comment period starting Tuesday, April 22nd, 2022.
The public comment period will end Monday, May 2nd, 2022.
