Request for Proposals – BACTS-2401 – Brewer South Main Street Corridor Study

BACTS is requesting proposals from firms qualified and experienced in the development of multimodal corridor studies. The City of Brewer along with BACTS, is undertaking a corridor study on South Main Street between Wilson Street and Abbott Street. The project will identify ways to improve safety and accessibility for all transportation users, address traffic volume issues, improve active transportation connections and facilities along the corridor, examine land use and development patterns, and explore changes to traffic patterns to improve safety and relieve congestion.
