BACTS Public Participation Plan Proposed Update and Public Comment Period
BACTS is proposing updates to its Public Participation Plan. As required, a 45-day public comment period during which written comments may be submitted to BACTS for consideration on the draft Plan prior to adoption of the final Plan by the Policy Committee begins on June 26th, 2024.
